Impianti postestrattivi immediati: valutazione ad un anno

The aim of the study is to evaluate the clinical success rate of immediate postextraction implants with 12 months follow-up. In 31 patients not selected for age, sex and prosthetic rehabilitation, 60 BNX implants have been placed immediately in postextraction sockets; 15 implants have been immediately loaded, 45 implants have been delayed loading. In immediate loading group, a provisorialization has been realized during the same operating session by not functional loading, with definitive restoration at 4-6 months. Reported survival rates were 95.56% for delayed loading group and 100.00 for immediate loading group. All implants have been osseointegrated except for two that have prematurely been losen before loading. No further complications have been reported. Analysing our patient population results, we can state that immediate and delayed loading postextractton implants placement can be considered a predictable and high success rate procedure.
