Take Home Message The International Society of Urological Pathology Florence Multidisciplinary Consensus Conference establishes a contemporary framework for the definition and standardized reporting of genitourinary cancer precursor lesions. These consensus recommendations provide evidence-based guidance for diagnostic practice, inform clinical management, and define priorities for future research in genitourinary premalignancy.
