Multiple Sclerosis (MS) susceptibility is influenced by genetics, however little is known about genetic determinants of disease expression. We aimed at assessing genetic factors influencing quantitative neuroimaging measures in two cohorts of Progressive (PMS) and Relapsing-Remitting (RRMS) patients.
