The preparation of abutment-teeth with subgingival crown technique

The preparation of abutment-teeth in fixed rehabilitations is a step very important because from its correct execution depends ether the aesthetic result, ether the occlusal function of fixed prosthesis in time and the respect of periodontium. Therefore in order to achieve these results it is necessary a technique that allows a constant control in every step of the work. The Authors describe the technique used by San Raffaele already from a long time by the Dental School of San Raffaele in Milan which has the peculiarity of an absolute control of the thickness in every step of the work.
