Extraanatomic Bypass for Recurrent Aortic Coarctation Involving the Arch and Replacement of the Ascending Aorta via Sternotomy

A suction device, currently used to lift the heart in off-pump coronary surgery, was used to facilitate an extraanatomic bypass grafting procedure in a patient
with recoarctation of the aorta, hypoplasia of the aortic arch, and dilatation of the ascending aorta.
