DI SERIO MARIACLELIA

Clelia Di Serio is Associate Professor in Statistics at the Vita-Salute San Raffaele University since 2004. In 2005 she founded CUSSB (University Centre for Statistics in the Biomedical Sciences) where she is currently Director. Di Serio was awarded with her PHD in Statistics in 1996 by Trento University after attending PhD program in Mathematical Statistics at Univertsity of North Carolina . Between 1995-1996 she worked on her PhD thesis by the Department of Biostatistics in Copenhagen under the supervision of Professor Niels Keiding and Pietro Muliere. Since 1996 she spent research periods in United States (Duke University, UCLA, Case Western University , Johns Hopkins University) as visiting researcher and post-doc. Between 2001 - 2003 she has been in charge for the consituition of the statistics core in Munich by the Technical University responsible for the project “Statistical Unit for Multiple Sclerosis research of MSIF. At the moment she is also adjunct Professor in Statistics at the University of Lugano.
